Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

Q: Why do I have to click multiple times to launch a cube on the board?

A: You can only single-click to fire a cube on the board when all cube movement from the previous cube fired on the board comes to a halt. All mouse clicks in the gameplay area while cubes are moving are ignored.

Example: During play, single-click to fire a cube on the board to create a chain. While the chain is being removed, single-click again to fire the next cube, and you'll notice that nothing happens. You must wait until all movement has stopped from the previous play before clicking will fire the next cube.

Q: Why does the game pause during gameplay when I click outside the game window?

A: Gameplay freezes when you click outside the game window: the time countdown stops, mouse movement does not work in the game, etc. This can encourage cheating by allowing players to view the gameplay area with a stopped clock. Therefore the game covers the gameplay area with a pause screen to prevent planned moves while the clock is stopped.

Q: In the Level Editor, how can I change the order of levels for a game I've created?

A: Opening the game in question in the Level Editor will bring you to the Level Menu within the Level Editor. Above the list of levels in the Level Menu, you will see a "Game Settings" button. Press this button and use arrows in the "Reorder Levels" list in the window that appears to set the level order for the game.

Q: In the Level Editor, how can I change the "Time Left" and "Cubes to Go" (Arcade only) for a level?

A: When editing a level, you will see the black Level Information area at the top of the screen. This section displays the Level Name, Type, Time, and To Go settings for the level. Left-click your mouse on the Time or To Go text in this area for "Time Left" or "Cubes to Go" respectively. Edit the properties to your liking in the window that appears and press the Done button to complete the changes.

Q: In the Downloads area, why can't I download anything?

A: The Downloads area requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher to function properly. Please check to see if your system meets this requirement.
